With effect from 1 July 2026, Strides Premier will cease our SG-JB cross-border web booking services.

Passengers who wish to take a cross-border taxi can directly access our services via street-hail at Ban San Street in Singapore or Larkin Terminal in Johor Bahru. We remain committed to supporting the needs of our passengers and driver-partners and thank everyone for understanding as this change takes effect.

Earlier this week (20 May), NTUC and its associations organised a Platform Workers Appreciation Day event at Eunos CC to appreciate platform workers’ invaluable contributions in supporting daily services across Singapore. STRIDES Premier participated with a booth and we were thrilled to meet and speak to many platform workers.

In March 2026, Strides Premier implemented a temporary increase of $0.01 to the distance-time rate for all metered trips. This measure was originally intended to be in effect until 31 May 2026 and has now been extended to 31 July 2026.

The full amount collected from this adjustment will be passed directly to driver‑partners to help offset higher fuel expenses. We remain committed to ensuring that the needs of both our driver‑partners and commuters are carefully balanced as the situation evolves.
