Updates: SAT-1 Terminal service Policy

Dear valuable customers,

With the opening of the SAT-1 terminal at Suvarnabhumi airport, Starlight Express VIP Services would like to confirm you that our VIP welcome & immigration services remains the same, where we will still meet our customers at the airplane gate for arrival.

However, if you arrive with an airline that lands SAT-1, please be aware that the time spent inside the airport will be longer due to the train's commute between SAT-1 and the main terminal. Moreover, we will not able to provide electric buggy for customers arriving at SAT-1 because the train will arrive at the main terminal next to gate d4 which is close to the immigration and an area that electric buggy is not allowed for use by the authority.

Updates: Visa Excemption Policy for Chinese and Kazakh

Starlight Express VIP Service Team would like to provide you with an important information regarding visa exemptions for Chinese and Kazakh passport holders traveling into Thailand, effective from September 25, 2023, through the end of February 24, 2024.

Even though, Chinese, and Kazakh passport holders no longer need a visa, immigration may still ask for the following documents at passport control:

- A copy of the return ticket within 30 days of the date of entry.
- A copy of the hotel confirmation letter.

Please note that a failure to provide the two documents upon request by the immigration officer may lead to the denial to enter Thailand.

Please note that Chinese and Kazakh passport holders are also required to have the finance of at least 20,000 THB to enter Thailand such as cash, and credit card.

After difficult challenges due to Pandemic, we are glad to inform you that our arrival VIP welcome service with golf car for (business & economy class) international flights (only) at Suvarnnabhummi airport is now resumed. Service scope is: you will be welcomed at the arrival gate with a sign of your name on and escorted with golf cart to the immigration counter. Due to personal issue, additional porter service for luggage assistance is not available. Booking per e-Mail at [email protected] or [email protected] or message us at least 5 days in advance.

No departure service is offered at this stage.
