青埔站位於台灣高雄市橋頭區，省道台1線高雄新市鎮基地旁，為高雄捷運紅線車站。

一樓主要為車站進出入口，二樓則為搭乘人員穿堂空間，穿堂層的空氣直接與外界流通，為高雄捷運高架車站的共同理念架構。三樓月台層為工業材料的鋼鐵搭建，配色也皆與R19-楠梓加工區站、R21-都會公園站相同。

出入口1: 台糖花卉農園、橋頭新市鎮。
