🌼【新社花海園區 防颱準備措施說明公告】
🌼Sea of Flowers in Xinshe— Typhoon Preparedness Notice
因應颱風動態，目前依照中央氣象署發布訊息，若是有發佈【🌀陸上颱風警報🌀】，花海園區將開始執行撤場，並同步請各館攤商撤離，全展區停止對外開放，提醒事項如下：
🔸啟動條件
中央氣象署發布陸上颱風警報。
🔸交通管制
➀接駁車全面停止運行。
(倘發佈陸上颱風警報時為開園時間，將配合展區執行撤場。接駁車會開始疏運民眾下山，直至將所有民眾接駁完畢為止，上山方向則不再載客)
➁避場地泥濘影響行車，停車場同步封閉。
🔸展區封閉
為避免強風造成設施傾倒或安全疑慮，【各展館、展區出入口-含草花撒播區】將全面封閉，故請民眾勿前往現場，配合安全防護措施。
🔸安全提醒
新社為山區地形，風雨期間或過後，部分邊坡可能出現落石，請民眾特別注意行車安全。
🔸恢復開放時間
即使颱風解除、臺中恢復上班上課，主辦單位仍將視天候與場地安全狀況評估延長封園時間，以確保整體展區安全無虞。

🌼Sea of Flowers in Xinshe— Typhoon Preparedness Notice
In response to the latest typhoon updates, please note that
if the Central Weather Administration issues a 🌀Land Typhoon Warning🌀,
the Event Area will begin evacuation procedures.
The entire area will be closed to visitors.
🔸 Activation Condition
Procedures will begin once a Land Typhoon Warning is announced
by the Central Weather Administration.
🔸 Traffic Control
① Shuttle buses — All regular service will stop.
If the warning is issued during opening hours, buses will help transport visitors downhill until everyone has left.
Uphill rides will no longer be allowed.
② Parking lots — Closed to avoid vehicles getting stuck in muddy areas.
🔸 Area Closure
To prevent accidents caused by strong winds, all pavilions and entrances — including the Flower Sowing Display Area — will be closed.
Please do not come to the site and follow all safety instructions.
🔸 Safety Reminder
Xinshe is a mountain area.
During or after the typhoon, falling rocks may occur on some slopes.
Please drive carefully.
🔸 Reopening Time
Even after the typhoon is lifted,
the area may stay closed until safety checks are completed.
