Why Am I Not Getting Ride Requests as Araka Driver?

It is because you have not selected the right vehicle.

Please, click profile
Then, click manage services
Then, click, manage vehicles
Then, click the pen, to edit vehicle,
Then, click down to ensure you have ticked/checked either saloon car, or boda or tuktuk.

If you want to know if passengers can find you, please download passenger app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ug.code.araka), halafu, request ride. If you do not recieve a trip request, na uko online, it means, you selected the wrong vehicle. Please go to profile, then, manage services then, manage vehicles and then, click edit, and select saloon car for taxi, or boda or tuktuk.

As Araka Kampala, we are going to create a sacco for our drivers, and then, based on their savings and shares, we give them soft loans for fuel, food, airtime, data, repairs, license renewal, etc.
