Heads up, Albany! 🚖

Tax-e-Cab will have a brief service closure on Sunday, September 6 so our entire driving team can participate in a company meeting and team training.

Service closes at 7:45 p.m.
Service resumes at 9:30 p.m.

If you’ll need a ride that evening, please plan accordingly and schedule your trip for before 7:45 or after 9:30.

We appreciate your understanding while we take this short break to get the whole Tax-e-Cab team together. 💛🖤

🚕 Wondering how Tax-e-Cab fares are calculated?

We’ve added clear pricing information to our website so you can better understand minimum fares, mileage charges, waiting time and additional-stop fees.

Our standard passenger fare is:

• $10 minimum covering the first three miles
• $3 per mile after the first three miles
• Mileage calculated in one-tenth-mile increments
• Fares charged in whole dollars

Geographic minimums may apply when a ride begins or ends outside our central Albany service area.

Additional stops are $5 when they are along the normal route to the final destination and $10 when they require the driver to go out of the way.

Dispatch can provide a fare estimate before your ride is confirmed. Visit our website or contact us when you’re ready to book! 🚖
