2020 Grads! You are invited to participate in UNM's Annual CAP OFF Competition!
Even though commencement is postponed until we can all safely come together (a decision on the date has not been made yet), the UNM social media team couldn’t bear the thought of not getting to see your caps. So, without further ado, the annual CAP OFF
competition officially starts TODAY.
〰
This year we’re doing things a little bit differently. Whether you have your cap or not you can enter your creation in the contest under one of two entry options or both! The first (and new) option is with the blank digital template provided here in this post.
Edit it to tell your story and make it represent who you are the same way you would a physical cap. (A link to a larger file is included in our stories). The second option is the traditional option for those of you who may have your cap available.
The contest will take place as follows:
1. You post a picture of your decorated cap (digital or physical) on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #UNMCapOff20 before 12pm on 5/15/20.
2. The top 3 physical caps AND the top 3 digital caps will be posted on the @UofNM Instagram and voting via likes will run until 5pm Monday the 18th.
3. 4 winners total will be selected: The winner and runner-up of the digital contest and the winner and runner up of the physical cap decorating contest. Winners will be announced at 5:15pm Monday May 18th. #UNMGrad
Prizes:
The Young Alumni Association will be donating prizes to be mailed to the winners this year.
