We have such an amazing team at Chariots of Hire. Everyone not only does a great job here, but most also have another talent that they are willing to share. We're very happy to introduce our new website. Not only does it show more of our vehicles, but also introduces our new location! As we start our 37th year, we are expanding into Phoenix, Arizona. So exciting, and we are hoping to be fully operational by June 1, 2026. Some of the talents I mentioned above made it possible for us to have the new website--Cody Gorecki, our West Coast Operations Specialist, designed and created the website; Blaise Zornman, one of our Reservation Specialists, did the photography and vidiography. Role: Reservations Specialist, Full Time

✨Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO✨

The Reservations Specialist is the front-line liason between the clients and the drivers at all points of the trip.

The Reservations Specialist will multi-task in a fast pace environment between answering client calls, which involves addressinf inquired, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates, and handling email requests.

Responsible for keeping the drivers up-to-date on any changes, including flight tracking and maintaining the dispatch screen with current driver statuses.

Depending on the shift, the Reservations Specialist must also be responsible for confirming drivers for run assignments for the upcoming days, schedule and preparing trip tickets for those runs.

Effective communication and prompt response during calls is crucial and ensuring smooth operations.

Reservation Specialists report to the Operations Manager.

-Preferred High School Diploma
-Preferred 2+ years of Hospitality Experience

What started as an idea for the Knoxville Metropolitan Area has grown to a Nationwide reputable brand. It is incredible what hard-work and dedication can accomplish when you take matters by the horn and own up to everything you do.

Sadly, we have lost one of our long-time "charioteers". Jack Hall passed away on July 14th. You may have been on one of his motor coach trips or talked to him in our office. Please keep his family in your prayers.
