Looking for an OTR driver on dry van. We cover all 48 states. An ideal candidate will live in north east Wisconsin. There is truck parking available in Appleton or Green Bay. The driver may also take the truck home if there is secure parking available. Home time is based off the drivers preference, you can be home every weekend or stay out. Pay is % of the rate con with weekly fuel bonus and quarterly performance bonus. We have a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vacation and holiday pay. I want to address something I explain to every person who considers applying. Cow trucking is not for everyone. You will run and you will run hard every day your in the truck, you won’t sleep more then 4-5 consecutive hours a day if you don’t have time management. You’ll dance with cows that aren’t friendly, drive in any weather conditions and be expected to do everything in your power to ensure those hoofs hit the ground safely. You will never get rich or famous. Everyone wants to run hard and be an outlaw until you learn what that really means. It takes a special kind of re**rd to want to do this job. I guarantee you will take pride in your work and knowing you accomplish what few can, you’ll see places and meet people that only this job can introduce you to. It’ll never be about the money, shine or Fame but it will be about the pride.
