Big news for Alaska logistics!

Afognak Commercial Group, LLC, has acquired a majority interest in the parent company of Weaver Bros., Doyle’s Fuel Service, and Doyle Transport, longstanding Alaska companies serving customers statewide.

The parent company will become Afognak-Weaver Logistics, LLC, while the existing companies, teams, and leadership including President James “Jimmy” Doyle remain in place.

Founded in 1946 and owned by the Doyle family since 1978, Weaver Bros. has built a strong reputation in Alaska’s trucking, fuel, and logistics industries. This investment expands Afognak’s presence in Alaska’s energy, infrastructure, and logistics sectors while supporting long-term growth for Afognak Shareholders.
