📍 LOCAL TRUCK DRIVER NEEDED – SEASONAL (NOW THROUGH DECEMBER)

Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal (July–December)
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts – Home Daily
Pay: Per-Load Based on Mileage (See Below)

🚛 Job Description:
Sorealist Enterprises LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers for a local team driving position during Amazon’s peak season (July through December).
This is local only – no OTR. Drivers go home every day. You’ll be part of a 2-person rotation. One driver is with the truck for 12 hours, while the other is home resting. Then you switch shifts.
The truck must run 24/7, but each driver only works a 12-hour shift, then goes home. You are not driving for 12 hours straight, just responsible for the truck during your assigned shift.

🕒 Schedule:
6 days of team operation each week
One driver works from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
The other works from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
1 day off per week (rotating)
Repeat the cycle weekly through December

💰 Payment Structure
Load Payment Based on Mileage
• 1 to 10 miles: $60 per load
• 11 to 20 miles: $65 per load
• 21 to 30 miles: $70 per load
• 31 to 40 miles: $75 per load
• 41 to 50 miles: $80 per load
• 51 to 60 miles: $85 per load
• 61 to 70 miles: $90 per load
• 71 to 80 miles: $95 per load
• 81 to 90 miles: $100 per load
• 91 to 100 miles: $105 per load
• 101 to 110 miles: $110 per load
• 111 to 120 miles: $115 per load
• 121 to 140 miles: $120 per load
Each load is paid based on mileage range. Drivers are expected to complete as many loads as possible during their 12-hour shift.

✅ Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 6 months of recent experience
Clean MVR preferred
Must be reliable and committed through December
Able to follow structured team rotation
