“I grew up in COMTO,” said Loretta Kirk, during the Opening Plenary at our 55th National Meeting & Training Conference.

During the plenary, Ms. Kirk discussed her history with COMTO, its founders and what being part of the COMTO family means to her.

She has been a proud member of COMTO for 46 years, served on the COMTO Board for 21 years and was Board Chair from 2006-2010. Ms. Kirk currently serves as CFO at the Hillsborough Transit Authority
