Pre-trip inspection is the foundation of safe transportation.

At DM World, every driver should inspect the truck and trailer before the first mile. Look for leaks, loose parts, damaged lights, worn tires, low fluids, faulty mirrors, air line issues, brake problems, and trailer damage.

A correct pre-trip inspection helps prevent accidents, mechanical failures, and delivery delays. It also shows professionalism, discipline, and care for the equipment.

May 12–14 brings increased inspections for commercial drivers and vehicles.

The CVSA International Roadcheck is set for May 12–14 across North America. During this 72-hour event, inspectors will check driver documents, ELD records, and vehicle safety conditions.

This year’s driver focus is ELD tampering and log falsification. DM World Transportation encourages every fleet and driver to be prepared before Roadcheck begins.
