As the sun sets on our 2026 Season, I want to thank everyone who trusted me, my word, and my vehicles to come through for them. In this world, I was taught you are only as good as your word- and I've done my best this year to follow through on my prior commitments to the benefit of both parties. It's not easy to take over a half dozen unorganized groups and make it your business to see to it they make it home safe, but I've been fortunate enough, calculated, and I structured my operation to make a positive impact in Huron County. If I made a positive impact on you this year, please leave me a positive review on my page to keep it healthy 💯
Throughout the 3 years I've been driving for the people of Huron County, I've been accepted into a niche space that allows me to be me, have some fun along the way and serve my community in the process. Year after year our community hears of loss due to drinking and driving. Thousands see it. Hundreds complain about it online. I like to think I'm actually doing something about it.
Despite that, I get alot of phone calls from people I am not structured to help. The disabled and mental and physical wellness trips are a couple examples. My dream is to one day have my own bus that serves a wide variety of people in Huron County- not just the weekend bar visits.
I invite organizations like Schuerer, McLaren, Huron Behavioral Health and Thumb Area Transit to consider a sponsorship opportunity for a specialized local transport service. I think I'd be the right person for that kind of work.
Going forward into 2027, I am dropping my wedding services entirely. No explanation required.
I will not be taking any new scheduled rides until March 2027. If you have scheduled with me for November, your ride is still valid. This is a typical occurrence this time of year as local festivals slow to a snails pace. Also, I encourage everyone to put the bottle down over the upcoming holidays and spend it sober with the people who mean the most to you.
God Bless 🙌 and I'll see you all next year.
