Un día fantástico en el Picnic de Regreso a Clases del Distrito 89. ¡Una asistencia increíble con muchísimas actividades para todos! Conocí a mucha gente de la comunidad y compartí el papel que desempeñamos en la educación de estos estudiantes. Gracias a nuestra gente que pasó mucho tiempo bajo el sol repartiendo volantes, a Jamie, a mi intérprete de español (ya casi lo consigo) y a Maribel. ¡Que tengamos un buen comienzo de año escolar!

A fantastic day at the District 89 Back to School Picnic. Terrific turnout with lots of activities for everyone. Met many people in the community and share what part we have in these students education! Thank you to our folks who spent a lot of time in the sun handing out flyers, Jamie, my Spanish interpreter (I'm getting there) Maribel! Let's have a safe start to our school year!

We at Lakeview would like to welcome our new dispatchers. The dispatch job is one of the most critical in any School Bus Operation as they are the face of the company to the drivers, aides, and the voice of the company to our customers and schools we serve.
Welcome and congratulations to Delvri Straughter. Delvri has been at Lakeview since 2012 and performed well in many tasks. From Cleaning Busses to Driving to helping with Recruitment Phone calls and filing, Delvri has shown that she is a dependable person who cares about our industry. Welcome Delvri.

During the school year 24/25 our dedicated drivers and attendants had the opportunity to receive over TWENTY HOURS of in-service training? Many more opportunities for online learning!

Various topics such as DCFS Mandated Reporter Training, Defensive Driving, Operation Lifesaver. Tremendous guests who joined us like Helping Hands, Oak Park, Maywood, Aaron Walter from CPS, Christine Busch from Maywood. All to help those who work with your children be able to better serve!

We look forward to 25/26 and to continue our improvement in educating, equipping and training our team. Thank you Lakeview folks!
