We are seeking skilled Truck Drivers to join our team:

Full time (5 days a week which includes every other weekend with 2 days off during the week, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday)

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving manual tractor-trailers with a Valid Class A CDL and tanker endorsement Home base is in Berlin, WI.
Home every night - no log books required and ELD exempt.

We are looking for Direct ship drivers (1 farm to milk plant), farm pick up drivers (multiple farms on one load to milk plant) and a driver to deliver permeate from milk plant to farm. Direct Ship haulers will need to unload loads at the milk plant. Farm pick up haulers are a drop and hook at the milk plant.

Requirements:

- Samplers license will be required for farm pick up haulers (be willing to obtain if you do not currently have)
- Need to have current Fed Med card or be grandfathered in and be able to pass DOT regulated Drug testing with random testing.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with Tanker endorsement
- Proven experience in operating manual transmission vehicles.
-You will also need to be flexible and know that routes do change from time to time.

PAY IS PAY BY LOAD - every route has different pay (so you would need to ask about pay when calling Brian.

We do also offer extra bonus when hauling milk on Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays for all employees.

Full and part time employees are eligible for Simple IRA up to 3% matching
Full time employees are eligible for 99% paid by the company for employee health insurance. Dental and Vision also offered. All insurance is available after a waiting period.

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team for full-time and part-time: 2 Full-time drivers which includes every other weekend (required) and 2 every other weekend part time drivers . The ideal candidates will have experience in driving manual tractor-trailers with a Valid Class A CDL and tanker endorsement to do farm pick ups and direct ships around Central Wisconsin. Home base is in Berlin, WI but trucks are kept in Waupun as well. Home every night - no log books required and ELD exempt. We do also offer extra bonus when hauling milk on Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays for Full-time and Part time employees.

Full-time and Part time employees are eligible for Simple IRA up to 3 % matching after a waiting period

Health insurance is offered to full-time employees after a waiting period with 99% of the employees insurance paid by company. Dental and Vision also offered.

Duties:
- Safely operate trucks to transport milk from farm to farm to plant. (farm pick up and direct ship loads)
- be able to unload your trailer if needed.
- Inspect semis and trailers for mechanical issues and ensure they are in good working order as part of your daily pre trip
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with Tanker endorsement
- Proven experience in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude

We were finally able to have our Christmas party! We had such a great time and wish the rest of the employees were able to make it. We had most of the crew from Retzlaff Milk, BRT Transport and Brian Retzlaff Trucking! Goose Blind Grill & Bar staff and food were amazing! Let's make 2024 a great year! Thanks again for all you guys do!
