Air system we completed this week for Buckeye Automotive Equipment LLC. This one was a tad more time consuming due to how the structure was made, finding things to mount to was tough all while keeping it looking neat as possible. Leon Plummer

Don’t forget to have your lifts inspected, very important to make sure they’re safe to use. This is common maintenance that can save you from having to buy a brand new lift. We also removed some structures off of a inground cylinder not an easy task.

From ac machine repairs to re packing four post cylinders, we get it handled. Don’t forget to get those lifts, compressors, Ac machines serviced or inspected. Safety is huge in this business we would love to make sure your equipment is just that.

We enjoy attention to detail that extra step in my opinion goes a long way. Same units just a tad extra time to degrease and wipe down. This detail goes with all of our work we want the customers end results to be satisfied.

Today we took care of maintenance on a Rotary lift, very crucial to inspect these lifts yearly and make sure they’re safe to use. Guide blocks are very common to get thin after years of usage and can get into the column causing metal to metal damaging the integrity of the lift.

Don’t forget we work on Shop Air Compressors. We specialize in Ingersoll, Mattei and Champion but can look at others. Single and 3 phase units. This piece of equipment got all new belts, full service, coolant, separator and all filters. Don’t forget most need serviced by hour intervals or if a reciprocating unit depending on location, oil should be 6months or yearly.
