My mom, Sallie Cole Creel Farmer, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 24th. She started a car rental business on the same property where I currently operate Alabama Airport Parking back in the 70s. In her honor I have posted a few pictures and a long list of some of her amazing acheivements. We will miss her!

Sallie worked over 30 years in the car rental industry. During that time, she was honored for both her professionalism in the business community and her generosity and tireless work in the non-profit and civic arenas.

We patiently wait for things to return to normal. While things are still slow the Economy Lot and The Valet service remains closed, but we are still open and continuing to provide parking service for travelers that are looking for a better value and much more convenient parking experience.

None of the major commercial airports in Alabama have laid off or furloughed employees since the coronavirus pandemic began in March. But there has been plenty of cost cutting initiatives, as well as an influx of federal aid through the CARES Act.
