We’re officially increasing our OTR Driver Referral Bonus from $2,000 to $3,000! 💰
Know a great driver looking for a new opportunity? Send them our way and get rewarded while helping them join the Buddy Moore team.
Referral Bonus Payout Schedule:
• $1,500 after the referred driver’s first settlement/check
• $500 after 30 days of active employment
• $500 after 60 days of active employment
• $500 after 120 days of active employment
Current Lease Purchase drivers now have two options for how they receive referral bonus payments:
✔️ Standard cash payouts
OR
✔️ Apply referral bonus payments directly toward weekly truck payment obligations
LP drivers choosing the truck payment option will receive credits in the same amounts and payout schedule listed above.

The OTR Referral Blitz starts NOW.
Know an experienced OTR driver looking for a new opportunity? Send them our way and earn more than just your regular referral bonus.
Here’s how it works:
Every OTR driver you refer who gets hired earns you one entry into the drawing. If you refer multiple drivers who get hired, your name goes in multiple times giving you even more chances to win.
As hiring milestones are reached, new cash prize drawings unlock:
10 OTR hires = $1,000 drawing
20 OTR hires = $2,000 drawing
30 OTR hires = $3,000 drawing
40 OTR hires = $4,000 drawing
50 OTR hires = $5,000 drawing
AND if all milestones are reached, everyone entered will also have a chance to win the $10,000 grand prize jackpot.

CVSA Roadcheck Week begins TOMORROW, with special emphasis this year on ELD tampering and cargo securement.

At Buddy Moore Trucking, drivers who receive a clean Level 1 inspection with no violations will earn a $350 bonus, and each clean inspection will also serve as an entry to win an iPad.

Attention to detail matters. Safe equipment and proper securement help keep everyone on the road safer.
