And folks say we shouldn't charge 30% for lease on. No matter how well we follow the rules or implement protocol, all it takes is one offense from an operator to ruin your authority........case in point. All it takes is 1. Yes operator was enrolled into drug and alcohol consortium, recently tested, NO past tickets, had completely clean record.

Feels damn good to be first time go on our audit this week for New Entrant Program. Unfortunately, we do have some serious lessons learned, but the sky is the limit from here. This will only make us better in this industry.
