π **From Tanker to Spreader: How It Works!** π¨
A big thank-you to Kenny for sharing this photo and giving us a closer look at the process! π
Ever wonder how cement powder goes from a tanker to being spread across a job site? Hereβs how it works:
πΉ **1. Cement Powder:** The material is loaded into the pneumatic tanker at the plant.
πΉ **2. Transfer:** The cement powder travels from the tanker to the spreader through a hose.
πΉ **3. Auger:** Inside the spreader, a rotating auger moves the material and keeps it flowing smoothly.
πΉ **4. Distribution:** Gates and nozzles help distribute the cement powder evenly across the surface.
πΉ **5. The Finish:** The result is a consistent layer of material, helping prepare the ground for the next stage of construction.
It takes the right equipment, a smooth process, and skilled operators to get the job done! πͺ
Thanks again to Kenny for sharing a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into every load.
