It makes Mondays more tolerable.

We recently used United Car Service for transportation to and from Logan Airport for our vacation, and the experience was outstanding. They picked us up on time, got us to the airport safely, and were there promptly for our return trip home.

The drivers were professional, dependable, and personable, making the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Their excellent communication, punctuality, and friendly demeanor gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation.

I highly recommend United Car Service to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transportation. Their service truly made our vacation even better, and we will definitely use them again.

What a nice thing to receive on a late Thursday afternoon.

Thank you so much for the help coordinating Jon's transportation earlier this week. I wanted to share some (positive!) feedback from Jon. He mentioned the driver Patrick was outstanding and really appreciated how easy it was to find him after the game.

Just wanted to share some wonderful feedback I received this evening from a client we've had the pleasure of working with for the past few years.

What a way to start this morning!

Dear Jason and Management team,

I wanted to let you know that I was again absolutely impressed with the service UPC provides… This time, Mark made the impossible possible… It’s not always Mark: it doesn’t matter who I’ve worked with – they’re all providing exemplary service and solutions.

Today I had a last-minute request – at Hannover Fair, a bustling event under normal circumstances. Today, we added a public transport strike, which made transfers impossible.. I was concerned about him missing his flight and, therefore, important customer meetings the next day. Worse, there were no hotel rooms. Within two hours, I had a transfer and a driver on-site. Chauffeur Kristina in Hannover was a gem! She was responsive and collected him in record time. I surely have never seen a transfer leave early! She kept me informed, especially since the drive to the airport was supposed to be a crawl.. But not with Kristine – the transportation angels were with us, and she arrived in record time. He made his flight without issue.

UPC provides stellar service, but what’s intangible is that you provide Peace of Mind. Thank you! Mark was a delight, and I cannot wait for my next interaction with UPC. Thought you should know.
