This past Wednesday was my first time using UPC and I could not have been more pleased. Jimmy Russo was prompt, professional, and could not have been more accommodating. I will definitely be reaching out the next time I require car service.

It’s a rainy and gloomy Tuesday morning here in the Boston area; however, when we receive reviews like this, it brightens the mood.

Transportation these days has essentially become the Wild West as there are a lot of unregulated options out there that are imitating professional ground transportation companies like United Private Car.

However, the educated consumer knows the difference, and if you are a parent, it is even more vital to know who’s driving your children?

This parent had contacted us the same day as she didn’t have a means to get her children home from a local concert and she didn’t want to take any risks.

“We had a last-minute request for a driver to pick up a group of teenagers from a concert, and they were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and professional. Everyone was picked up quickly and was safely within 45 minutes of the concert ending. Such a relief as parents, and we really appreciated the great service. Would definitely use them again!”

Although it was a sad occasion for this client, it brings us great pride, knowing that we were able to make things easier for her.

Sadly, this was a personal ride which I booked to transport a friend to my mom’s funeral service.
