How does it work?

Getting started is simple:

1️⃣ Confirm your eligibility for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation through your Medicaid coverage or transportation benefit.

2️⃣ Schedule your medical appointment and have the date, time, pickup address, and medical facility information ready.

3️⃣ Schedule your transportation through your Medicaid transportation program or transportation broker and request Liberty Cab as your preferred transportation provider when available.

4️⃣ Receive your trip confirmation with your scheduled pickup information.

5️⃣ Ride with Liberty Cab! Our team will help get you to your eligible medical appointment safely and reliably.

📅 For routine Medicaid transportation, we recommend arranging your ride at least 72 hours before your appointment whenever possible.
