Here is the official post regarding our last couple post about helping the community the best we can. The boss, Matt, has officially lost it, Like the picture says, GONE CRAZY!!!!!!!!! For the month of June 2026 we are lowering prices to just $5.00 minimum, one person, INSIDE CURRENT ESTABLISHED BORDERS. With this there will probably be extended wait times if we get slammed with rides. We will do our best to keep up and get to everyone in a timely manor. We hope this helps and if you want to do your part, feel free to SHARE, SHARE, SHARE this post and tell anyone and everyone who needs a ride to not pass up this deal. Any questions can be directed to us via private message or call us directly and the dispatcher can help you. Thanks again to this community for speaking out and voicing your concerns. So far we are getting a few great comments from our customers. I, Matt, am personally reading every comment and listening to your concerns or compliments. I will be talking over a plan with my crew and some may think i might need a padded room for what i am thinking about doing for June 2026. If we all agree as a team, this will be the most epic discount or rate change that you have seen to date. I may be just utterly dumb for even thinking about it but if it helps the community, i am all for it. The community need is the reason we started this venture in the first place. Details will be announced hopefully next week. I want to give time for more people to comment on original post.

With that being said, if we do what i am thinking about, our customers will have to have patience with us because there could be a spike in calls and to make this work and not be so big of a loss, we would be combining more fares together than usual. I know some people do not like riding with strangers but it will have to be this way to make it work. Feel free to voice any concerns or questions in comments or direct message.

We want to hear from you, our customers. We know that the cost of living, and practically everything else, keeps going up and what you all receive from jobs or state assistance is not going up to compensate making it hard for the average family to survive these days. We want to try and do our part to help ease a bit of strain on our awesome customers. Tell us what you think about our current prices, and this sounds counterintuitave with the rising cost on our end also between insurance and fuel, but would us changing our prices help just a little bit? We are talking with all our staff to get their input as well and would like to be able to help as many people as possible to make sure you have dependable transportation for any and all of your needs. I know many are struggling to get back and forth to work and doctor appointments, etc.... and we want to make sure we can help you get to those places and not take away from your bill budget. We understand times are tough and we want to help the best we can. So again please reach out either in comments below or private message our business page or one of the owners directly with your suggestions or concerns. We love to hear from our customers, good or bad, and no input is bad input. Thank you for reading this far and hope to hear from all of you at some point. (Matt)

We want to get this out early so everyone can plan ahead and I know this will upset some people but it has to happen. We will be closed Sunday May 17th at 6pm and will reopen at 5am on Monday May 18th. Then again we will be closing at 5pm on Sunday May 24th and will reopen at 5am Monday May 25th. Please put this on ur calendar and plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working on getting back to 100% so we dont have to close but we have family events going on and need to focus on this. Again we apologize and hated to make this decision.

Just want to remind everyone that we are using this app for a option to book a ride with us. It doesn't matter if its for work or just general ride to a friend's house, its available for download for apple and android, no credit card required. Once downloaded use code 023032 to get connected directly to us. We have had lots of compliments from drivers and passengers on how this has made operations better. We are still pay in the cab as normal and not thru the app. The app is just for booking a ride if you dont want to call and talk to our wonderful dispatcher.

3-17-26 10am. I realized I never posted that we are back open as normal. Im sure u can understand how busy I/we were yesterday and thw day just got away from me. So I apologize. So we are open as normal with the normal amount of cars on the road. Thank you for all the shares and understanding thru the extreme weather conditions. We truly try to do our best but keeping safety in mind as well.

3-16-26 1 am. I hate to do it but we are closing down. We have tried our hardest and conditions just are not getting any better for the drivers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but its just too dangerous right now.

3-15-26 10pm update. We are still open. Running slow due to road conditions. Prioritizing to an from work/hospital. Please give urself extra time if u need to be out and please be patient us.

3-15-2026 5:30 pm. Im sure this may be the 1st post of a few, but i just wanted to get out there saying that we will be staying open as of right now. I know things will get worse as the evening and night progresses. One thing everyone can do thru this event is stay home unless its a emergency. If you dont have it by now then u can get it tomorrow when conditions improve. Stay tuned here to our Facebook for all updates. We will try and give as much notice as we can on if we are closing. If we do close we will try and still honor the time calls that we already have on our books. We thank all of our customers for your continued support and we will do our best to stay open for you. But we also have to keep the safety of you and our staff in mind when we make our decisions. Stay safe and warm tonight at home and enjoy a movie with family or even a board or card game. Thank you.
