Our goal is to provide high quality public transportation that meets the needs of the citizens of Skagit County at the least cost to the taxpayer contributing to the county's economy and quality of life. o the Fares page. For those individuals in the community who are unable to use traditional Fixed Route service, we provide a curb-to-curb service called Dial-A-Ride. Skagit Transit also provides Pocket Service for individuals that live in rural Skagit County. Each pocket area is assigned specific days each week to utilize Skagit Transit services. Skagit Transit complies with all federal requirements under Title VI which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin.
