Our Founder asked us to share his recent experience:

I was sitting in my office last week, when I suddenly heard applause and cheering coming from where our Developers sit. I walked down and asked the group "What's going on?"

"Our new guy just made his first mistake".

I knew right away WHY they were so happy for him. The next day his first bit of code successfully made it through QC and into production. A full week ahead of schedule. It likely would not have happened so quickly if his fellow team hadn't supported him.

That kind of progress doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happened because his teammates had his back from day one.

I’m constantly impressed by how well our ShippersEdge team supports one another.

We feel the pain of the 1000's of dedicated Yellow Freight employees that have lost their job. From Call Center to Sales to IT and Operations, we always found the people we interacted with to be professional and courteous. Many would go out of their way to make sure issues were resolved to our satisfaction.
