M&S drivers move dry van and flatbed freight throughout New England, NY, NJ, PA, VA and the eastern United States and Canada. We have over 35 years in the transportation industry.

Regional OTR drivers are generally home one or two nights a week, and most drivers are home for the weekends as well.

Local drivers are home every evening, with some weekend availability required. We also have part-time local opportunities available, whether you have six hours a day or a few days a week.

With M&S, you're far more than a number. We're family-owned and locally operated. Our dispatch team is ready to help, whether at the terminal or out of town.

Our driver pay program is designed to help you earn money whether you're local or on the road:

- Hourly pay rate for runs dispatched within New England
- Competitive mileage rate for over-the-road runs
- Per-mile bonus for shorter routes
- Extra pay for extra stops, NYC borough/Long Island trips
- Paid detention after 1 hour
- $40.00/night cash per diem for over-the-road runs

New hires are eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus, with $250 paid after 30 days, $250 after 60 days and $500 after 90 days.

We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

- Seven paid holidays
- Paid vacation eligibility after one year
- $100/150 bonuses for clean DOT inspections

A valid CDL-A is required, with at least one year of commercial driving experience.
