In EMS, no one does it alone.
Behind every call is a team of people working together toward the same goal. From the moment the call comes in to the moment the patient reaches their destination, every role matters. Dispatchers, EMTs, paramedics, supervisors, healthcare partners, and support staff all play a part in making sure patients receive the care they need.

EMS teamwork is more than simply working beside one another. It means knowing you can depend on the person next to you when the situation changes in an instant. It means communicating clearly under pressure, trusting each other's training and judgment, stepping in when someone needs help, and recognizing that every member of the team brings something valuable to the call.

No single person makes an EMS system strong. Its strength comes from people bringing their skills, experience, commitment, and trust together every single day.
Because the strength of an EMS crew isn't measured only by what one person can accomplish.
It's measured by what we can accomplish together.
And when the call comes in, we answer as a team.

In an environment where circumstances can change in an instant, she remains composed, adapts quickly, and works diligently to ensure our crews have the information and support they need.

Her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative have made her a trusted member of the Communications team. Amber approaches each challenge with a solutions-focused mindset and continues to demonstrate an eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in her role.
