We’ve been working on the I-380 project quite a bit this last year and as I’ve driven by to check the progress-I’ve often wondered why one single slightly raggedy looking pine tree was left standing all alone while all the others were torn out. Here’s the story on why that is. For over 20 years, a Cedar Rapids resident decked trees in the I-380 Corridor. Now, the tradition is being passed on to her niece.

The restart of Iowa's only nuclear power plant, Duane Arnold, is the cornerstone of two agreements between NextEra Energy and Google, including a 25-year agreement to purchase power from the plant which could be back online in 2029.

Great night with a great group. Loved the kiddos and costumes. Big thank you to everyone who entered the chili contest, Angie Stahle and Trailsend Mobile Bar for the hot toddies and cool vibes, Brenda for the baked goodies always amazing the pumkin bars chefs kiss, Caleb Moses with the fried fish simply delish and whoever supplied the jumpy house what fun we had
- I never thought we could fit all 50 Philipp's drivers in there at once to jump together but we did! Oh what fun that was lol👏🤣
