We’ve been maintaining this little oasis for a while now. This photo was taken shortly after Debby came through, so the pool furniture wasn’t back “on deck” yet.

Several bags of salt and a little pH balancing and this pool was quickly back in business for family fun.

After Tropical Storm Debby rolled through Edisto, this pool needed a lot of TLC. It was green enough from algae that you couldn’t see the bottom. After testing the water, it clearly needed salt—160 lbs!—due to all the rain, but it also needed a cyanuric acid (conditioner) treatment, along with the algae treatment. We also discovered the salt cell needed to be replaced.

This photo was taken one week from our first visit. We are happy to report the pool is stabilized, clean, and the new salt cell is working perfectly.
