Express was started in 1996 by Jon and Deana Bell and some of Bell Logistics employees date back to the very first day of operation of J.B. Bell Logistics is still 100% owned by Jon and Deana Bell and they are still heavily involved in the day to day operation of the company creating a family atmosphere. B
