🚛💼 So apparently, winning isn’t enough…

A while back, a certain big-name broker (you know who you are 😉) filed a bogus claim against my company for a load we delivered exactly as contracted. I fought it. I proved my case. And guess what? They paid me in full. ✅

Case closed, right?
…Wrong.

Fast forward, and now they’ve decided I should pay $2,000 for something called a “repower” — that’s trucking talk for hiring another carrier to move the freight after my job was done.
Problem is… I didn’t hire them. I didn’t haul it. I wasn’t even invited to the party.

Imagine you hire a plumber to fix your sink, they finish the job, you pay them… and then a month later, they send you a bill for your neighbor’s bathroom remodel because “it was kind of related.” 🤔

Nice try, but we aren’t paying for someone else’s load.
Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever.

If you’ve been in trucking long enough, you know — document everything and never let a false claim slide.
