At Minuteman Transport Inc., we believe strong teams are built through relationships, trust, and communication — not just daily operations.

A couple weeks ago, our management team took a Friday afternoon to grab lunch together and participate in an escape room challenge. It was a fun experience that reminded us how valuable teamwork and leadership truly are.

Watching our team communicate, problem-solve, and encourage one another under pressure reflected many of the same qualities that help us serve our customers every day.

When they say "We can do it for 20% cheaper…”

This morning on my drive in, I saw a refrigerated short truck rolling down the street…
Two pallets in the back. Pallet jack sitting loose.
Roll-up door wide open.

Not staged. Not rare either.

This is the side of “cheap freight” people don’t talk about.

❌ Not safe
❌ Not food-grade
❌ Not protecting the product
❌ Not protecting your brand

And honestly… not a great look for our industry.

What you don’t see in this clip—
About 10 seconds later, another driver pulled up next to him and said his door was open.

The response?
A nervous wave… “I know.”
