Moving What Inspires – Spotlight on Jordon Gleniewicz "I started out reading my mom’s art history textbook at a young age. Today, I help protect the same works I studied and dreamed about."
— Jordon Gleniewicz, Assistant Manager, Post Sale Client Services
For Jordon, art logistics is more than a career—it’s the fulfillment of a lifelong passion rooted in art history, archaeology, and a profound respect for cultural heritage.
While he once considered a future in curating or art education, Jordon was drawn to the behind-the-scenes world of fine art logistics. The often overlooked but essential role of handling and transporting artwork inspired him to pursue this unique path.
From helping move and oversee works by Mary Cassatt and Jean-Michel Basquiat to carefully managing ancient Greek amphorae, Jordon finds meaning in every moment of trust placed in his hands, and approaches every project with care, purpose, and reverence.
“It’s both humbling and empowering. Being seen as a guardian of cultural heritage carries great responsibility, and I take that trust seriously.”
At SRI, we’re proud to have Jordon helping us fulfill our mission every day—to move what inspires.
