Joyce and Noel Frisbie are the type of clients who make you strive to be a better human after stepping foot into their lives!

Forever thankful for meeting them!

Loaded up in time for lunch! This OKC household is Dallas bound in the Morning! No one I’d rather load a truck with on Fathers Day!

Yesterday’s job in Grove was all about timing and preparation. We packed and loaded nearly everything ahead of closing day, leaving only the bed so the client could sleep comfortably one last night in the home.

We also staged and grouped furniture ahead of wrapping and padding to make this load smooth, efficient, and organized. Closing and moving on the same day can get stressful fast, so the goal is always to simplify the transition and keep things moving calmly from one home to the next.

That’s the kind of planning that makes moving day feel a whole lot easier.

I spend a lot of hours planning and prepping for bigger moves so our time on site is pleasant and smooth. OCD tendencies fit right inside the moving game!

Start packing the stuff you don’t use every day first.

A lot of people wait until the last minute and it turns into a stressful rush.

A little bit each day makes move day way smoother.

This right here is what it’s all about for us! Moving can be so stressful and if we can lift some of that off our clients, we’ve won. Thank you for the review Lisa Arizpe - Keller Williams Realty Grand Lake!!
