Welcome to DaddyBear Trucking. We are a new, but passionate, carrier that is growing from the E-Commerce world. For years we have partnered with various carriers to build our E-Commerce business, now we are ready to grow and see the opportunity in the total logistics field.
Job: We are looking for a more experienced CDL-A driver in the local area to make runs within Colorado and home every other day with some days home that same day. The equipment will be a 2018 or newer tractor with a sleeper bed. There is ample opportunity for growth as our company grows.
Compensation: Our compensation program will be a percentage-based program with incentives for safe drivers, fuel bonuses, and retention bonuses. We will negotiate based upon your experience and abilities what the percentage per load will be.
Benefits: As a small growing company we cannot offer healthcare benefits but we do offer, after 90 days; Paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. We also offer a very supportive and positive work environment. We work as a team and care for each other.
