This week agencies from the City of Kirksville held a ribbon cutting to announce changes to the city bus stops. Bus service is provided by OATS Transit and runs on a loop system within the city limits of Monday thru Saturday. OATS Transit Director Sheree Webb (3rd from right) was on hand for the ribbon cutting. New stops include the county health department, the library, industrial park and the senior center.
