Assistant to the Owner (Part-Time)

Position Overview
Just Call Joni is seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Assistant to the Owner. This role combines administrative support with hands-on assistance in business operations, including customer service, event support, and deliveries.
The ideal candidate enjoys variety, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable taking initiative. Must have a heart for college kids ❤️❤️
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
* Assist with customer service and client communications
* Help coordinate events, deliveries, and special projects
* Create and arrange floral bouquets and gift presentations
* Assist with inventory, supplies, and organization
* Maintain records and administrative documents
* Run errands and provide general business support
* Assist the owner with day-to-day operations across multiple ventures
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
* Experience with floral design, gift baskets, event decorating, or related creative work is a plus
* Reliable transportation preferred
