Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Eero, the founder ofTaxiCaller, to Tristar!

From sharing Swedish candy with our team to joining us for lunch, it was a great opportunity to connect beyond the screen and showcase the people and processes behind our operation. 🍬🤝

TaxiCaller is a Sweden-based company that has developed a dynamic dispatch and powerful route planning tool that has helped us effectively manage both our student and NEMT trips. ☁️📱

During his visit, Eero spent time observing how our team uses TaxiCaller every day and met with our routing department for a productive working session as we prepare to optimize routes for the 2026–2027 school year. These conversations help ensure we're making the most of the technology we rely on to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation. 🛣️📍🚙
