Yesterday little Lovely went home to Sacramento. Storms around Chicago caused us to make the call to change our flight to a Denver connection and it’s a good thing we did. A little detour, and we were back on track to sunny California! Our very first flight was to Sacramento so having flight 101 here was rather poetic. Welcome home, Lovely! 🐶✈️🧭

Well that was exciting!
After an inflight maintenance issue, my Dallas flight was diverted to Tulsa and my plane was taken out of service. Being an AA Platinum member, I was on the phone with the Platinum desk before I was off the plane and quickly rebooked on the next flight to DFW while nearly 100 people waited at customer service to get rebooked. We landed at DFW 90 min before my flight home boarded so it was off to baggage claim to deliver my little traveler and quickly back through TSA precheck! I got to my gate with 35 minutes to spare and our pup made it home! When I’m on the job, you know you’re getting experience, trust, determination, and many years of knowledge navigating the airlines.
Flight #98 = another successful delivery!
