Happy Driver Appreciation Week!
Some of the strongest team members are the ones who continue to show up, support others, and give their best even when life outside of work is challenging. That's something we've seen from Alhagie Touray during his time at our Etna location.
For a little over a year, Alhagie has been a dependable Yard Driver and a teammate others know they can count on. Fellow drivers feel comfortable coming to him when they need help because they know he will always do what he can to lend a hand. He also helps train new hires, sharing his knowledge and experience to help others learn and succeed.
What makes Alhagie’s dedication especially meaningful is the commitment he has shown both at work and at home.
That balance takes strength, dedication and heart. Alhagie demonstrates the fact that being a great teammate is about more than simply doing your job - it's about being there for the people who depend on you, both at work and home.
We're proud to recognize Alhagie for his reliability, compassion, perseverance, and commitment to his team and family.
Thank you, Alhagie, for everything you do.
