Hey there owner-ops and small fleets!
Aegis National is a 100% American owned and operated dispatching service, headed by a former driver of over ten years/1 million miles, and current freight broker. We’re looking to add a few carrier partners to add to our growing operation.
We’d enjoy the opportunity to set up a free consultation with you (usually 45 to 60 minutes) to see if we’re not only the right fit for you, but if you’re the right fit for us. We believe partnership between carriers and dispatchers is a two-way street, and in order for us to be successful, we have to ensure that we can make you successful too. As a result, we are as choosy about carriers we partner with as you should be about a dispatcher!
We don’t charge a deposit, but like any legitimate business, we do operate by contract. This protects not only us, but you as well. We understand that may be a deal-breaker for some, but for those looking to partner with a legitimate sevice, we think you’ll also agree that a contract protects everyone.
Aegis National also has a referral program in place for our partner carriers to earn some money for other carriers they refer to us. Additionally, we have a factoring partner who has some of the best rates in the industry, accompanied by some of the best customer service. If you’re currently factoring with one of the big factors out there (you know who they are), we’d love to set up a call with our factoring partner on your behalf. We think the difference will shock you!
Our services include:
Load booking, negotiation, and paperwork handling. (Our owner IS a broker, so we know the negotiation game better than anyone.)
Invoicing and payment follow-up directly to shippers/brokers, and/or paperwork submission to your factor.
24/7 broker/shipper communication, emergency, and breakdown support. (We even assist by communicating with your emergency contacts in case of medical emergencies or injury!)
Permitting for over-dimensional and over-weight freight.

We will consider box trucks that are a part of a small fleet operation, but unfortunately we don’t currently serve Sprinters and other cargo vans. Sorry!
