☕🎲 Early Christmas in June at Ironforge—and a heartfelt Happy Juneteenth!
Today is a wonderful reminder that strong communities are built through freedom, opportunity, kindness, and people coming together. We look forward to recognizing and celebrating this important national holiday with our neighbors.
What an incredible morning! Our very first Morning Coffee & Conversation welcomed our inaugural guest, my neighbor Jim from our Pemberton Lofts mixed-use residential and commercial building. Thank you for stopping by and helping us kick off something special.
A very special thank you to Carly for one of the most thoughtful gifts we've ever received. Yesterday she filled our office with opportunities for people to connect—Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Dominoes, Brain Games, brand-new decks of cards, beautiful coasters, a magazine rack, coffee mugs, a porcelain creamer and sugar set, wonderful books, and so much more.
One gift touched my heart in a very personal way: a beautiful picture book about roses. As someone born in Bulgaria—the Land of Roses and home to the world-famous Rose Valley—that book instantly felt like a connection to home. Alongside the incredible *LIFE: 70 Years of Extraordinary Photography* collector's edition and the other wonderful books, it truly feels like Christmas in June.
Your generosity is already helping create a place where neighbors can gather, share coffee, play games, tell stories, make new friends, and build lasting relationships.
