So I have this really great set of customers along a 6-unit strip of townhomes in the harbor, and thoughts are needed! When does not become a violation of privacy being this close to the docks? I thought there was a 150-foot minimum. I could be wrong please educate us. Currently three souls on board the closest sailboat to this dock. Any assistance in the knowledgeable, current laws would be greatly appreciated to alleviate any frustration with the homeowners along this stretch.
