Fatigue doesn't always announce itself before it affects your driving.

Heavy eyes, drifting out of your lane, or struggling to remember the last few miles are warning signs that shouldn't be ignored.

Staying hydrated, eating well, and taking time to stretch during stops can support your overall well-being, but they aren't substitutes for rest when fatigue sets in.

If you're noticing the signs, find a safe place to stop and rest.

Leadership doesn't mean you're done learning!

Yesterday, some of Tucker's executive team wrapped up a year-long leadership development program with their final presentations and graduation.

From setting goals for their teams to identifying areas for personal growth, it was great to see the thought they're putting into how they lead and where they want to take their teams next.
