We are pet lovers and this is a difficult thing to see.

Please consider adopting a new family member and helping our Animal Allies Humane Society as soon as you can. They do great work and are an asset to our community.

Animal Allies Humane Society in Duluth has reached max capacity for dogs. Nicole Facciotto, the humane education manager at the shelter said dogs are entering the shelter faster than they are leaving.

We had the honor of being able to transport a substantial amount of donated dental equipment from the North Shore of Lake Superior down to the Twin Cities.

This equipment was then loaded on a shipping container and is currently in transit to The Gambia in Western Africa.

The presence of the dental clinic and equipment will mean that hundreds if not thousands of residents will have access to dental care that may never have before.

We want to thank all everyone involved for all of the help to get this done on a tight timeline.

There is a lot of good in the world still.
