Updated Clarification for Our Community

I want to share an important update to clear up ongoing confusion between Tri State Cab Co., LLC (my company) and Tri County Cab, which is a completely separate business.

Recently, Google’s automated system incorrectly added the phrase “also known as Tri State Cab Co., LLC” to Tri County Cab’s listing. This is not true, and I have already filed the appropriate reports with Google to have this corrected.

To be absolutely clear:

Tri State Cab Co., LLC
- We are a Non‑Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider
- We transport patients to dialysis, cancer treatments, surgeries, and medical appointments
- We operate by prescheduled appointments only
- Our drivers are credentialed, trained, background‑checked, drug‑tested, and Medicaid compliant
- Our vehicles are professionally marked and maintained to medical transport standards

Tri County Cab
- They are a traditional commercial cab company
- They provide on‑demand taxi rides
- They are not affiliated with my business in any way

Because our names sound similar, people sometimes confuse the two companies. This has led to reviews, comments, and questions meant for Tri County Cab being directed at Tri State Cab Co., LLC. I always correct these when I see them, but I want to make sure the community has the right information.

We are not the same company, we do not share staff, and we do not operate the same type of service.

If you ever have questions about which company you’re dealing with, please feel free to reach out directly. I’m committed to transparency, professionalism, and continuing to serve our patients and community with the highest standards.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Columbiana County
- Heavy snow and drifting expected overnight
- Roads will remain snow‑covered and icy Monday morning
- Rural routes may be difficult to access

Mahoning County
- Higher totals expected (10–14 inches in some areas)
- Major drifting likely in rural areas
- City streets will be plowed but still slick and narrow early

Jefferson County
- Snow‑packed roads and dangerous wind chills
- Hills and river‑valley roads may be icy or drifted shut
- Travel expected to be slow throughout the morning

🚗 What This Means for Monday Appointments
We will do everything possible to get patients to their scheduled medical appointments, including dialysis and essential care.
However, due to road conditions, delays are likely, and in some cases, travel may be temporarily unsafe.

Please plan for:
- Extra travel time
- Possible delays
- Potential rescheduling if conditions worsen

Your safety — and the safety of our drivers — comes first.

🧡 Thank You for Your Understanding
We will continue monitoring conditions in all three counties and will update everyone if anything changes.
