Got to steer a tiny little load today. I picked up the first one in Niles Michigan this morning and took it to Breckenridge Michigan. They had a second load sitting nearby and needed a steer car to run it to the job site and I got to be the lucky fella.

We are looking for a fleet driver to come aboard and join our team.

12 month minimum commitment required, but welcome to stay longer.

55% net to the driver after business expenses (fuel, tolls, repairs, maintenance, showers, etc....) get taken off the top of the load.

Fuel card provided

Direct deposit next business day after approval of invoice from trucking company, usually approvals are same day.

We are looking for somebody experienced that knows how to do high pole. The more positions you can do, the more freight I have to be able to put you on and the busier I can keep you.

We are looking for somebody that don't mind staying out sometimes for weeks if needed.

We are looking for somebody local to Indiana and surrounding states. Most of my freight originates from the surrounding area.

Must have a spotless driving record.

We are looking for somebody that is somewhat mechanical.

We are looking for somebody that is motivated and a team player. We all help each other and look out for each other and a lot of times you will be with one of the other team members.

No passengers allowed

One of our fleet drivers David Athy doing a 21 ft tall down in southern Indiana going over to Illinois. This will be a 3 week project moving 3 sets of loads. Each set goes 150 miles and takes nearly a week.

I deliver tomorrow with the final 1 of 3 that I ran pole on from South Bend Indiana to Bemidji Minnesota. We are 16'10" tall, 15' wide, 120' long and nearly maxed out on weight 256,000 lbs. This has been a great project which I kind of got put on towards the end only getting 3 of the 16 loads I think there was in total. I got to meet some great people and had some great times and some good laughs on the radio. It makes it so much better when you run with people that have a great sense of humor and get along so well together. And the best part is everybody had very strong radios so everybody in the convoy still talked even when we got 10+ miles apart. We had two trucks running in convoy. Kind of bummed that the project is ending, but now I have to go home and get a couple vehicles ready that I should have done weeks ago for a couple of my existing drivers that have been really patient with me while I ran this project. Thanks to Dave, James, Kris, and Scott for helping chase this big load. And thanks Connie for using us here at Integrity PCS.

One of our drivers Dave taking this dozer down to Georgia out of Illinois delivering tomorrow. Dave joined the team a year ago and has been a great addition to the team. He is also a personal friend of mine outside the pilot car world for many years now.

One of our drivers Kris is currently steering this train car from Nebraska to Maryland. Kris joined our team this past fall and has been a great addition to the team.

Got to fill in for a week steering this double schnabel before Christmas. I sure miss the days of doing this on the regular, but running a fleet makes it nearly impossible to do that anymore. I still like to get my fix every once in awhile by doing fill-in work hahaha thanks John for the work. This load went from Newton, IA up to Grand forks, ND.

Ran pole on this super load right before Christmas from WI to OH. One of our fleet drivers Jim was the chase car. This picture was taken on an exit ramp getting off the interstate. I was already around the curve taking a picture from the bridge they went under.

Last week I got to steer this from Marion, IL up to Sault Ste Marie, MI in the Upper Peninsula. 152' long and this was a beautiful trip up across the U.P.

One of our drivers James got to steer an identical one in a convoy with us.

I'm currently running pole on a super load 16'10" going from South Bend, IN to Bemidji, MN. Having fun leading the pack!!! Should deliver Friday if all goes well.
