This is the best time of year to get approved at new contractors — BEFORE they’re overwhelmed.

Who to call in the next 2 weeks:

🔴 Columbia County GCs — Tillery Park Phase III lots selling NOW
Dirt hauling season starts when lots sell. They’re selling.

🔴 Beltline Section 3B — bids coming Spring 2026
Section 4A is active now. Get on 3B early. Urban Atlanta demo = top rates.

🟡 Hall County — +14% permit growth (fastest in metro Atlanta)
More permits = more site work = more hauling. Every GC in Hall County needs more capacity.

🟡 Forsyth/Cumming — Toll Brothers + multiple active builders
Subdivision dirt is steady and predictable. Good filler between GDOT runs.

The window is now. Approved drivers work spring. Unapproved drivers watch.

I'm going to tell you something most trucking coaches won't say:

The directory isn't magic. The calls are.

I built T3 Consulting because I watched drivers with great equipment, good CDLs, and solid work ethic sit at home 3-4 days a week — not because there was no work, but because they had no system for finding it.

The system is simple:
1. Know which contractors have active projects in your radius RIGHT NOW
2. Call them by name referencing their active project
3. Quote your correct rate (not your lowball rate)
4. Show up for 30 consecutive days
5. Become their first call

That's it. That's the whole playbook.

The directory gives you #1 and #2 with live intel. The rate guide gives you #3. The action plan gives you #4 and #5.

What I can't give you is #4. You have to do that part.

But every driver I've worked with who showed up every day for 30 days after getting their directory is now working 5 days a week. Every single one.

• Dispatches daily. Steady work between contractor gigs.

Real situation. Real result. 👇

Driver comes to me last month. Class A CDL. Own Tandem Axle. Own MC. Based in Augusta.

Working 2 days a week. Frustrated. Thinking about going back under someone else's authority.

We talked through what was actually happening:
• He was cold-calling random contractors with no intel on who was hiring
• He was quoting $80/hr because 'he wanted to be competitive'
• He had no idea E.R. Snell just landed a $493K GDOT contract in Richmond County
• He'd never heard of the Fury's Ferry TSPLOST widening — a project running RIGHT OUTSIDE HIS CITY
