USA Luge wrapped up day two at the Olympic test event 🛷👏🏼

Ashley Farquharson, Marcus Mueller / Ansel Haugsjaa, Jonny Gustafson, and Chevonne Forgan / Sophia Kirkby teamed up for a combined time of 3:43.527, securing a solid 5th-place finish.

Jonny Gustafson led the U.S. men in 14th, followed by Matt Greiner in 16th (a career best!), Hunter Harris in 18th and Tucker West, battling an injury, placed 21st after a strong first run effort.

From Chicago to Indianapolis to Lake Placid — this is the story of how a set of luge steels crossed the world to help our athletes chase their dreams during this week’s test of the 2026 Olympic luge track. And it wouldn’t have been possible without our official logistics partner, Team Worldwide.

These steels landed at Chicago O’Hare and were immediately picked up by a Team Worldwide courier — not shipped, hand-delivered. They drove them straight to Indianapolis to receive a special chemical treatment procure — because when it comes to performance, precision matters. No time wasted.

As soon as they were finished, a Team Worldwide driver picked them up in person, loaded them into the truck, and drove 14 straight hours to Lake Placid — ensuring delivery just in time before one of our coaches left for Europe to reunite the steels with our National Team.

No delays. No excuses. Just dedication.

Because when performance is on the line, every hour counts — and Team Worldwide made the impossible, possible.
